Scaled Instruments operates during evening hours.  Orders placed anytime during the day will be processed in the late evening and physically shipped the next business day.

Important Disclaimer for Orders Shipped Outside of the Unites States

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in our product price and shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  Please note that if you refuse a shipment due customs or brokerage fees, some carriers will require you to pay the fees before they return the shipment.  It is the customers responsibility to understand and acknowledge what fees will be charged by their own government.  For a guideline on what to expect please use an online calculator such as this website: https://www.simplyduty.com/

USPS first class mail and Priority Mail typically have the cheapest shipping rates; however, be aware that they take the longest time to deliver.  Your package WILL absolutely appear to be stuck at a USA port for up to a week before trackign in another country.  USPS is reliable but can be very slow so please wait a full month before contacting us and we can put in an official query.  If you want quicker shipping then use DHL, FedEx, or UPS instead of USPS.
